key lime pie

1 prepackaged graham cracker crust (or make your own by crushing grahams, mixing them with butter, patting them into a pie pan, and baking 10 minutes until set)
1/2 cup lime juice
4 egg yolks (save the whites for meringue on top)
1 14oz. can of sweetend condensed milk
4 tsps grated lime rind
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsps lime juice
the egg whites from 4 yolks

mix the yolks, lime zest, and condensed milk together. pour into graham cracker crust. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until set. beat the egg whites until stiff; add the sugar and lime juice. continue beating til they peak. spread onto the pie. brown the whites in the oven, 5 minutes or so.
