i did indeed drink one more pilsner urquell than i really needed. tonight erik made brats boiled in beer, then marked on the griddle on nice buns with diced onion and mustard. they were delicious.
i wanted to blog last night’s dinner, though. it consisted of:
sliced kielbasa sausage, sauteed onion, red and yellow bell peppers, slices of zucchini, slices of yellow squash, over fried potatoes. with a sprinkling of parsley.
