not a recipe

so i was in Jackson today (I had to go there to get my hoo-ha poked at my annual doctor visit) and  i found some sorpresata, some great salami in the Smith’s grocery deli and a loaf of fresh country sourdough. i feel my dinner is very superior to what erik had (2 big macs from the Jackson McDonald’s). i also feel that there aren’t enough sandwich “recipes” on the interwebs. so this is what i made for dinner: i split the sourdough in half, warmed it in the oven for a couple of minutes. spread a little mayo on one side. i layered peppered roast turkey breast, some sorpresata, some salami, a slice of provolone, and topped that with romaine, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced tomatoes, and thinly sliced onions. i topped all that with a drizzle of some leftover italian vinaigrette i made the other night. way better than big macs, let me tell you.
