Sunday
Dinner: roast pork, mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes

Monday
Breakfast: mini BOBs
Dinner: mini meatball risotto, garlic bread, salad (I didn’t make it last week)

Tuesday
Breakfast: waffles, eggs, bacon
Dinner: tomatillo braised chuck roast, rice, beans, tortillas

Wednesday
Breakfast: breakfast tacos
Dinner: pork tenderloin sandwiches, oven roasted french fries, peas

Thursday
Breakfast: fried eggs, toast, ham slice
Dinner: chicken pot pie (with buttermilk drop biscuits – unless I decide to use up 1 last frozen pie crust. I haven’t decided yet.)

Friday
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bagels
Dinner: pan fried steaks, scalloped hassleback potatoes, broccoli  (I didn’t make this last time it was on the menu either)

Baking: I’ve still been in a “pie lust” lately, so I made a peach pie. With pecan crumble. It’s heavenly.
