I’m a 32 year old expat Texan living in western Wyoming with my husband Erik, my dogs Cracker and Negra, and two cats, Mona and Rufus. I love to cook and bake, though I’m a horrible photographer. I apologize in advance for that prominent feature on my blog.
Besides my obvious interest in food and things food related, I am: an insomniac, coffee addict, perpetual student, Public Health administrative employee, and a formerly published writer & poet. I am also an avid gardener, which is a hard thing to be in a region where sunny gardening weather only lasts about 3 months, tops.
i love my family more than anything …
